I spoke with Adrian this morning. He has an offer from a PE company. Salary and bonus should be $450-$650. He is also going to get equity which should be $3 to $5 Million in 3-5 years. He's assuming he will earn a percentage of equity each year. He was also told by a recruiter that he is the candidate of choice for a position with the bldg. product distribution company. He would be located in Hawaii. He turned down a CEO position in Charleston. They came back and asked him what it would take to bring him on board!

Sorry for the delayed response. The job search is going well. I have had 2 second interviews (another scheduled Monday) and a 3rd interview-all with different companies. I expect offers to come from at least 2 of them next week.
